Outstanding Customer Service
Have to give a shout out to George at Bad Boyz. I sent an email this morning (central time) asking about back rest matching the 2022 CVO seats. About an hour or so later I get a call coming from Cali, its 4 am there. It was George from Bad Boyz reaching out to explain about the 21 and 22 CVO SG and RG seat materials and unfortunately they do not have permission yet to duplicate the the style for the back rest. We spoke for a bit and he also owns Grass Hopper that makes the back rest for the Heritage Classic. This is the kind of personal touch that will get my business each and every time. I am always willing to pay a bit more knowing the people making the products care this much.

I just recently bought a rider backrest from Grasshopper for my Heritage.
Service, price, quality of backrest & shipping were all outstanding.
