About ten years ago, my buddy who lives n North Jerzey convinced me to ride up to OCC mega-plex for some charity day ride they were having. We get there, the old man and dipshit son are leading the 50 mile or so ride around a real nice part of NYS. The old man is on a brand new CVO Ultra, the dipshit kid is on a Honda CBRR etc, etc race bike.
Really, I rode all the way up here and you two knuckle heads do not even ride your own abortions of ugly theme BS bikes!?!?!? Total trash, we did half of the very disorganized ride then found a nice diner for lunch. Headed back to Jerzey, never went back to their complex. Just a total joke.
2011 called, they want their bikes back. I watched the show but never desired to actually own something like these. Have an acquaintance who owns one OCC chopper and another of a similar style. He was. Into them for over 55 grand apiece. A few years back, he was actively trying to sell them and I had an opportunity to ride one at a motorcycle show at the beach. Honestly, I felt like a clown. and the bike was not fun to ride.
I take a peek on eBay every once and a while at chopper abominations just to get a good laugh.
Every idiot that owns one thinks it's worth what he paid for it 20 yrs ago. Currently there's 2 2004 choppers they're asking $28,000 for each.... LMMFAO....
Lets see, for 28K I can buy a new Ultra Limited loaded out, or.....your ugly *** chopper.
This is a first for me. Normally anything from Curated Content Editor is a flag not to waste my time. Well I read and confirmed. A subject from 11 or 12 year ago, that we didn't care about then.
Seriously this needs to be moved to Humor. My sons old joke when I bring in another project " Hey DAD let's build a theme Bike".
