2wheel.com is also a good source. They don't have as much selection but sometimes they have a better price, they also have a very easy return policy. Eastern PC is good too.
RevZilla, J&P and Dennis Kirk are the big players and I've never had an issue with any of them. Hardcore Cycles has been a recent favorite of mine; sales, free shipping and no tax for my state convince me to spend more money than I should. Also send a PM to Parts Giant on the forums as well, depending on the product they can offer a pretty good deal.
I ordered parts from Dennis Kirk, eBay and J&P on the same day. Kirk parts arrived in three days the same day that J&P where just shipped. Parts I ordered from eBay got here a day before J&P.

As others have stated, J&P, Revzilla and DK. Also eBay and Amazon. Lot of reputable sellers sell through them and sometimes you can find better deals. BTW Burly Brand cable kits are great and are about $200 for black and about $300-350 for stainless. I just used them when I put my 14's on a few months ago.

Funny you say that, I actually had Revzilla price match an ebay link for a set of stainless cables...
Revzilla does ZillaCash too which is a nice little perk to get you to come back and buy more stuff lol. I ordered my V&H true duals from them and got like $35.
