You might get yourself a copy of "Donny's Unauthorized Technical Guide to HD" by Donny Peterson. I believe there are several volumes.
If I were in your shoes I would have a hard copy or PDF of all my manuals right at my work station. Every time you need a torque spec, find it then write down the amount and what it's for. Some guys write them on the wall of their shop. I write the common ones on the inside cover of the manual. You may find that after a year or two of doing this, you have all you need.
