Understanding interchangibility
I have a 2007 dyna fxdb, and I'm trying to understand oem interchangeability. What is the range of years did the 07 frame remain unchanged? Also, when did they change the 96 CI fuel injected motor to an 103? (To determine fitment of stuff like exhaust, derby cap, etc)

Go to "Ronnies Parts Finder" and compare part numbers on various years
Be aware that last 2 digits are usually indicative of the year that part was initially used
As an example, your frame is p/n 47745-06 and is used through 2017 models
Some years you could buy it as a 96" OR a 103"

Theres tons of interchangeability in the Dynas. Especially the 06-17 models.
Hell I bolted a complete exhaust from a 2010 Street Bob onto my 1995 Dyna Convertible.
1996-2005 also has a lot of interchangeability.
