A friend megave a very nice book in pretty good condition: The Complete Catalog of Harley-Davidson from 1997 by Tod Rafferty.
There is one 3/4 inch tear at the bottom of one page, the book looks unread, but has slight yellowing and waviness on most page borders.
I don't know how accurate the information is but he has a lot of pics and specs in it. In the 1984-1997 Section, for 1984 among other things is a picture and statement about 1984 FXEF Fat Bob Super Glides. He states that the 1984 FXEF is the last model of Shovelhead in the Super Glide series to be introduced. That is very probably true as I have a 1984 FXEF and it doesn't appear in the user manual or Factory Service Manual; my VIN lists it as a mid year introduction as well. Many aftermarket suppliers do not list it as a model for 1984. I think the FXEF went from 1980-1982 originally and was then dropped.
Again, it a nice coffee table size book, 14-1/2" X 11", 159 pages, with many color photos and illustrations.
