Ordered some parts from Ronnies and was wondering just how fast they ship ? Have not received any E-Mails from them yet. I did make sure they had the parts in stock before ordering.
Neve have had any dealings with them before. Thanks !
They can only ship to you if you are in their designated geographical area now, per the mocos rules.
If you are in St Louis, they arent allowed to ship to you. Same with Surdyke, New Castle, Utah and a couple other dealers who had active on-line sales.
Yeah, I just tried to order parts from Surdyke and they werent allowed to mail to me. The MOCO ended up screwing themselves though, because I ended up finding the part used for a third the cost.
I called Ronnies and the parts guy said No Problem, Just go to the website and order. I did so and everything went though like normal and just did get an E-Mail back showing my order confirmed. I guess i will see what happens next. Maybe they will cancel me out.
All HD is doing with this new rule is forcing people to go to the aftermarket companies for parts . Stupid move on their part.
I looked at my E-Mail and it looks to be an automated E-Mail from them. Will see what happens. Damn i hate using my credit card online.

I haven't purchased from Ronnie's (haven't had a need) since HD made these online stores change their policies, but prior to that, they were very quick to ship. I had a freight damaged part one from them, they just sent another. No hassle, didn't want the old part back.
