The Battery Tender pigtail is a SAE connector. You can find them at the dealer, eBay, Amazon, or even some auto parts stores. Connect it to the battery terminals and you'll be good to go. Make sure you get the polarity right.

I don't know, but I think the easiest solution is to connect a separate fused SAE pigtail directly to the battery and not worry about the existing connector.

If it's a newer bike, the battery tender connection is under the left side cover.
I'm not sure the connector you're holding in your hand in the first pic is. I've seen it before but forget. Purge solenoid maybe.
If your top picture is the pigtail that connected to your battery, replace it with Deltran ring terminal harness;
I've got the old dependable Deltran plug on the left side, this is what happens when I go out to the garage after 1am with an unfamiliar bike. The other mystery plug in the top picture is on the right side exactly where I'm used to plugging the tender in for years.
