I have Progressive 422 RAP shocks and the Monotube cartridges on my 02 Fat Boy. I haven't had to deal with any warranty issues, but I have been very happy with them both. Huge improvement over stock.

I installed progressive fork springs on it several years ago and it made a difference. I wanted to go with the cartridges but Im too cheap to spend the money. I have been looking at the 422s but havent really had the time to do anything to it. I bought new handlebars in August for my RGU and theyre still in the box. Thats going to change soon since Im retiring for the second time next week.
