I’m looking for some Ohlins myself. Where did you buy them? I’m in Ontario and any time I have ordered parts from the States they get held up at the border until I pay a bunch of taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc. I am having a tough time finding a Canadian distributor that isn’t automotive based and actually knows about bike suspension.

How does it work if you go for a ride and buy/install them across the border?
You could certainly do that but if you don’t claim the purchase at the border, and get caught, you could lose them. We can get away with $800 CDN in purchases duty free if we're across for over 48 hours I believe.
I have been asked several times when crossing back to Canada if I’ve done any work to the bike while in the US.
