So, I ride every chance I can. I don't have far to go to work, but dang if it isn't a heck of a long way home.
Work sucks, but looking in the garage after I get home doesn't. Doesnt suck.
Dyna looks awesome! Land yacht looks like its leaning pretty far down on the side stand. Maybe the angle of the pic 🤷🏿♂️
Thanks.
Could be the angle of the pic, but I also have a Wilbers suspension on the SGS, so it sits taller. I honestly hadn't noticed anything more than maybe an extra grunt coming off the stand.
Winters last forever up here in the Northeast. I spend many an hour during this time taking the covers off of mine, shining the chrome, checking bolts, etc. It picks me up, gives me something to look forward to when the nice weather is here. It's April 17th and I, and most of my buds, haven't been out yet. We were waiting for the salt to get washed off of the roads, it has but it doesn't seem to stop raining here, and it was 35 degrees this morning. Retirement in 2 years, we have to figure out something for the winters.
2 mile commute into work in the morning. 50-60 mile route when I leave work and head back home. I keep a collapsible fishing pole in the saddlebag just in case
Our bikes are just teasing us, sitting there in the garage. With my current job, I cannot ride unless I make special arrangements with my team since I need to carry tools and gear for any daily situation. Daughter moved back home with her kids so evenings during the week are out. That would leave weekends. Um no. I broke my wrist 2 weeks ago, so now I have another month or so before I can even think about getting on the bike Besides it's been rainy here in the northeast and spring means yardwork and pool work. I just can't f/g win! uggh
To make matters worse I just got my seat back from Mean City and installed. I gotta look at that work of art every day!! About the only positive in this was we had an unusually nice day in March so wife and I were able to get our bikes out of storage from the dealership.
Sorry if I brought anyone down. My bad luck makes y'all feel better right? LOL
Very much looking to get some miles on when my daughter (and kids) move out in month and I get my cast off about the same time!

So you're saying if I show you which scoot made the mile and a half trip to work this morning, you won't applaud?
