I have a class A CDL and I have been stopped 3 or four times in the past couple of years while riding. All were warningsOnce was 78 in a 65 byDPS, got lucky there, the cop was also a biker.Got nailed Christmas night a couple of yrs ago doing 62 in a 55 by Deputy Sheriff, by a DPS he said I was basically drafting a cager, this one was bogus, and again 62 in a 55 by DPS....Like I said, all were warnings.

My company requires any violations be reported at the end of each year. Required by state law I think. Pretty sure the insurance rate goes up for the company. Gone for sure if it's a D.U.I.

Im in one of those satellite uplink tv trucks...UNder CDL (less then 26000 lbs) but I have an A class CDL which I dont need. I could drop down to a B class non-cdl license and not have the restrictions or worries about tickets...

Don't know Tommy, I was just sayin' for the company drivers. Couldn't tell ya about the different restrictions, but I wouldn't think it would matter as far as citations. Maybe a LEO could answer correctly.
