A few years back I was in the basement of our dealership and saw the covers Harley used on the delivered bikes. I inquired what is done with those and I was told they are pitched. I asked if I could have one since they are thrown out and I managed to get one on the cheap.
Same here. Dealer gave me two, free for the asking. Sewn in elastic hem around the bottom to keep it in place.
You may want to put something on the seat, also. My, local, feral cat population has discovered my bike parking area. I used to have muddy cat prints on my seat(s), mixed with dirt and cat fluff. Now, I wash the prints, dirt, & fluff out of the towels as needed.
I have no way of keeping them out, so. 🤷🏻♂️ I adjusted to them.
P.S. Good luck in the Body Shop. 👍

Luckily the feral cats can't get in the garage, if they did my wife would make them non feral so I stay on top of that. Thanks for the well wishes, I had this done 20 years ago but this time it's going to be a lot more intense. I'm a little nervous but I've got the shoulder guy that handles UT Austin Longhorns on my team so that makes it a bit easier on the nerves.
