You hit the nail on the head just a 1/2 hour infomercial. Why can't they spend some time on wrenching and show the viewers how to service their bike or some other usefull stuff.
I always figgered most of the time it was aimed at the RUBS, and they ain't gonna get their li'l fingers dirty with ucky grease and oil!
I don't know about you guys. I watched almost all day long and yes Michelle is easy on the eyes, but forget her, the bikes are works of art. The Arlen Ness segment was pure genius and it was cool to learn his son and grandson are following in his footsteps. I learned quite a bit, saw some stuff didn't know existed. The amplifed speakers that hook on to your handle bars and you plug in your Ipod or MP3 for one. Another cool thing I saw was the power kick stand, very trick. Oh, and how about Sonny Barger....dam, don't get old.
Michelle Smith is definatly hot, but an all day marathon of her trying to coax out responses of how hot she is, and that she's the most fun etc., would drive me crazy. IMO she's become as bad as Jesse. Quit talking about how great you are and build some bikes.
Guys, there's this new technolgy out called Tivo! I was tied up all day doing family stuff but recorded the marathon to view, at my leisure, the content + Michelle - infomercials.
Ahhh, to be able to pause Michele at any certain time! [sm=insomnia.gif]
I Tivo'd the whole marathon. Michelle is hot...she's like a human atm machine with that cleavage. What happened to the other girl that test rode the bikes? They got some dude doing it now. She was even hotter than Michelle...I guess it's the Ginger or Mary Ann thing.
I agree that its just a big infomercial. It's all about how great the bikes or parts are on who ever is sponsoring them on a particular show. There are no real honest reviews. And personally I am sick of looking at choppers which are the most uncomfortable, unpractiible and priced over the top bikes. I would love to see shows about motorcycles not choppers, like they do on my cable on demand from Optimum Online which talk about and review all different type of motorcycles.
Man, you guys are a tough crowd! ... I gotta agree, American Thunder isn't the best bike show on TV, but it beats watching home improvement shows, infommercials or whatever else is on Thanksgiving day! .... It's sort RUBbish (pun intended), but it's as close as I got to riding all day. Bikes and a babe with big bewbies, what more could you want...lol... I wish it had been a Stroker's marathon instead, but I didn't mind watching Michele.. [8D]
