Spent the day at Rolling Thunder. Unfortunately I got sent on government business, so I wasn't able to ride it. None the less, very moving, especially seeing the Army PFC and Marine SSGT saluting the bikers as they passed their location. So proud to be an American and Navy veteran.
He does this every year, stands at attn, and holds a salute for the entire procession of bikers (almost 4 hours)
We got to meet him this morning at the local American legion and he spoke to our group, and said its HIS honor to salute us

Don't know who the PFC was, but we rode past him about two hours into the ride and he was hanging tough, and I gave SSGT Chambers a big OORAH to which he replied in kind as I rode by
