I've got one from 2001 that I've never seen another of if you want to make an offer. Are you starting a jacket museum?

That reminds me of a Hein Gericke jacket that I had around 40 years ago, 1985 or so. I don't know if Hein Gericke ever made jackets for Harley Davidson, however. That's all I've got for you.

Harley comes out with a new line of "Motorclothes" (tm) every year, so keeping track of every jacket released would be a real challenge.

I have one very similar, bought after 2000 and at a Harley Dealership, and its made in China. It's armoured, embossed on back with "Harley Davidson", fully licensed and genuine. Leather is of good quality and it's heavy, even it is perforated. Has all of the "Genuine Harley Davidson" buttons and zipper tangs, with zip liner. Harley licensed a lot of motorclothes and accessories from all over. They took some crap for it, and clearance priced some of it. I think they're still doing it. The "Made in USA", thing is kind of bogus, and the cothing going for big bucks is like going to a baseball card convention - valuable only to those who play. Just forget about the collectible aspect and enjoy the jacket!
