I say if you want to watch the game and the weather is nice ride early and stop at your local sports bar. Watch the game and then hit the road again. Of course that may limit your beer drinking. Well then again it may not..
I was kinda hoping that it would rain on Sunday so I can stay in and watch my EAGLES.Sorry, but if it's nice out,I'm riding.I'll catch the highlights later at night. Before I got my bike,I was glued to the couch on Sundays. Now I wake up early just so I can get out.
Bow season starts on 15 September here in Missouri. Much more important (to me) than football. But, when there is nothing else going on (hunting, fishing, camping, riding, etc), I look fwd to football season.
GO VIKES!!!!!! I have been a vikings fan for over 40 years. I am going to make the drive from Oklahoma to Dallas to watch the Vikes kick the COWGIRLS this October.HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I'm usually riding with the recorder on at home. Sometimes when there's a big game, I'll stay in and watch. But if it's a run-of-the-mill game, like watching the Boys kick the Vikes or Eagles around (again), I'm riding.

I will be watching football in my Adrian Peterson or Hutch jersey. Go Vikings and I will be at the Vikes game in K.C.
It's great to see a fellow Harley rider and a guy who supports the Vikings.
Go T-Jack

Well if the Vikings season is anything like the last six years, I'll be getting plenty of riding in. My routine the last several years is to watch the first few games of the season to see if they are competetive, and when they prove to suck, as they have lately, I go riding and catch the highlights and read about the game in the paper. I've usually retired the bike for the winter by Thanksgiving, so I still catch the last six weeks of the season.
There are way too many nice things to do in Minnesota on a nicefall day, to stay inside watching BAD football. Course, if they start playing the way they did from 98-2001, I'll jump back on the bandwagon.
I TiVo all the showsI watch. That way I can fast forward the commercials. But, when the Boys are on, I watch the game. Since I am not drinking these days, going out for a little ride after, or before, works just fine. What I love most about football season is the wife knows that no honey-do's will be done on Sunday. She doesn't even ask anymore. My Saturday's are a lot busier, though, but so long as she caters to me on Sunday, I will do anything on Saturday. Being that the boys play late tomorrow night, she asked if we can go out in the day. Nope, football season. LOL Man, she hates football. LOL
