Hey Ronald

What is a " tuner" and "SE slip ons". Just curious.

Zack
You'll have to look elsewhere for a technical explanation, but in my terms, it's a method of correctly modifying the EFI to coincide with any modifications of air flow into the cylinders and exhaust flow out. IF I understand correctly, it's essentially a software package that allows variable maps to be set up per each configuration dynamically. If a dyno test is available, as in this case with Stubbs, it gets set up initially on a best case basis manually and then fine tuned with a dyno test dynamically when the bike comes in for the 1000 mile service. This so they aren't high rev-ing the engine prior to break-in. Hope this is almost correct [sm=smiley24.gif]

SE slip ons are Screaming Eagle slip on mufflers. I think the catalytic converter new for the '06 models are in the header pipes. Changing this end can be a problem that I don't understand yet.

If you find your co-workers start staring at you as you twitch, just mumble "the penguins...the penguins are..." and twitch some more. Everybody will leave you alone. Works every time for me.
Penguins. Got it!

How did you get so wise, BikerInTheDesert?

It's always feel good when your bike come early. When my bike came early I was in my car I instantly started speeding. Congrats.

BTW; cmorris48, the twitching is getting worse! And it was very hard to concentrate on work today.
Sounds like you need a valium or two [sm=icon_rofl.gif]
Congrats.

Yes indeed!

I've been talking to the parts man working on my ride and we've had to change a few things. No big deal, but it just cranks the Twitching up a few hundred notches. [sm=drooldude.gif]
