chicago Harley part !
Anyone have problems with Chicago Harley internet orders?? I ordered a Driver seat back for my heritage springer on August 14 , 2007 and they charged my Visa Account. I got a email saying the part was "Part Special Ordered" It is now almost a month later and i have email the internet parts dept. 5 times and the will not answer my emails. I can not find a Phone # for the internet orders. Does anybody know the number? Or how to contact them? thanks

This has come up before. Like MM said, call the internet # and talk with them. The internet HD prices are good, but the downside is they take up to two weeks to get you the stuff. As long as you're not in a rush, it's not a problem.
