Help from any painters
I have a what appears to be a ding/ scratch in my rear fender. clear coat is still intact but seperated from paint, Do i try to remove the clear just in the scratch and fill with clear then sand n polish or sand the area and air brush wit clear and polish, any help would be great thanks

I am having to finish my tanks again with a simular deal
I did a rush job to finish them before the Holister rally due to a gas spill
and last weekend my tank cap started leaking again but this time it is only the clear coat so I am going to wet sand it down and then use a soft cut rubbing compound and then shoot 3 coats of clear over it
not shure what to do for your cituation without seeing pictures
