I used to use plege on whe shield for my full face for years and years (same helmet) Never had a problem. Used it on the bieks as well. I ahve now discovered all kinds of new ways to waste my money from this forum and am using these ( I don't use a windshield on the bike now or wear a fullface) and am ahppy either way. Pledge has never caused a problem for me not has the off brand that I got for 99 cents. To each his own as I know someone will argue this way or that...

I guess I got my answer. Thanks again for your input. I will now buy me a can of Pledge and try it on my bike. We have them luv bugs here in Florida now, and I hate cleaning them off.
Been using it for years. Great stuff!! Previous poster might have been joking but makes a good point. Don't put any type of treatment on your seat or tires.
