My Very First riding Experience
Some of the recent newbie posts about their riding got me thinking about my 1st experience. The MSF course was the 1st time I had ever ridden a motorcycle period. This was about 4 years ago. The very 1st time riding a motorcycle after the MSF course was about a month laterbringing home my new purchase. A new 2005 Suzuki S50 (Intruder 800). The route home was all interstate with about a 4 mile span of bridge over the St. John's river with the center of the bridge about100' above the water. Average speed of surrounding traffic was 80+ mph. Winds sustained at 40 mph with gusts to 55-60. Very scarey but every ride since has been a piece of cake compared to that.
