Hypercharger adjusting screw??
Does anyone know what the screw on the Hypercharger vacuum unit does?? (the one in the centre of vacuum unit unit with a locknut) Reason I ask is my hypercharger doesnt seem to be working as it did. When I first fitted it to the bike (FLHR 2005),the butterflieswould be fully open with the engine stopped then once engine started they would almost close at idle speed and gradually open right up as revs increased - now they are almost fully open at idle and then open fully with just a few revs on the engine. No vacuum leaks and a new vacuum hose fitted - what do you guys think could be causing this???

Paul, Email Kuryakyn Tech. Everyone has a different opinion of how great (or bad) a companies customer service is, but I think Kuryakyn has one of the best. These guys will go out of their way to fix the problem for you. I emailed them once and the tech called me at work, then called the mechanic working on my bike to straighten out the problem.
