F$%^ them it has been 20 + years since I been without a scooter and I am Jonesing really bad. It is cold and windy in Chicago but the occasional bike I see gets me hard. Couldn't afford a 08 Ultra, couldn't afford the 08classic, I was at the dealer and got a 08 Electra Glide Standard, they took it off the
show room floor and took it outside and said take if for a ride. I took if for a ride all right, right to the house.
Sure I wanted the Ultra or Classic. But with 3000 in my hand I can do a lot to my bike to make it look better. She runs good, rides smooth on the hiway. Old lady really liked her.
Go 4 months into the spring, Nah ! I gotta ride now, I might not be here next spring. Waiting ain't a good attribute for me !

I'm in the Chicago suburbs and I don't stop riding until the Toys for Tots parade.

That AIN'T no friend.. NO "friend" would advise you to wait to get a bike. As for your brother.. well.. I'm afraid you are stuck with him. For some reason, it's illegal to shoot them, even when they do give you bad advice. Every family tree has a few nuts in them.

Good luck on the wait. Maybe one will come in early, and a buyer will back out. There is always hope.
