I was driving south on a three lane interstate yesterday, in the right-hand lane. As I have been hit in the rear before, I tend to check my mirrors alot. I see a car flying up in the left hand lane, must have been going over a hundred. He moved quickly into the middle lane to avoid the 'slow' moving cars ( 80 or so mph) keeps coming accross the middle lane and right up behind me.
I thought I been hit.
He quickly swerves from inches off my bumper into the middle lane as he goes by me. I fling my left hand out, pointing at him and almost his the right side of his windshield with my hand.
If I carried agun while riding, I'd have been on the elevan o'clock news.
I did get hit just like that except it was at night. The guy kept going. It was back in 2001, the bike exploded and burned in the highway and I was flung 200ft down the road from the bike. To this day I can't believe I survived it.
I've been hit 3 times, now I fight back.I take side mirrors as trophy's when cagers don't show any remorce for there bad habits.
Good luck with that! It's hard to hit a moving target, but that is what practice ranges are for. I'm left handed too.
Rainman, did you flash your brake lights or anything or was there just no time to react? good thing the A-hole saw ya, that's all I got to say. Did you get a license # or anything on them?
