Default warranty issue

It sure is cold here Houston! 39 degrees this morning! I reeally have to take the Ultra to the shop and have the heater fixed I wonder if it's covered by warranty

This is the problem, to some dealers yes it is covered. But some dealers say NO WAY. I was blessed my 07 came with a heater from hell. So this time of year I am happy.

It's probably the vacuum line to the heater control valve. Check it before you go all the way to the dealer. If it has fallen off, it wont allow the coolant to circulate through the heater core. Just plug it in and all will be well.

I live in fla. so cold weather is of course not a problem...but I would like to extend my sympathies to you northern riders as you suffer and cry in your beer over not being able to ride...I used to live in ILL. and I feel your pain...

NOT...HAHAHAHAHAHA

The heater comes standard on 2007 big twins.

If you coolant gets too low the heater doesn't work well.

Sometimes I regret having only a solo seat. IfI was two-up, I could sit my wife behind me to provide all the hot air I need to survive a chilly ride...
