Front brake rotors
The bike is up on the lift for winter cleaning and upgrades. While cleaning today I noticed that the front rotors have stamped "left" & "right" in the part number area of the rotors. They are on the wrong sides. The tire is going in the correct direction & since this is a new bike it must have been that way from the factory. Does it matter? Should i switch them? The only differance that I can see is the direction of the slots in the center( if you know what I mean) are backwards to the ones on the rear rotor.

The 2000-up brakes are sometimes noisy. The MoCo came came out with a bulletin a couple of years ago advising dealers to try swapping the rotors to make the brakes quieter. You can swap them or leave them as they are. It doesn't matter.
