simple questions first. Did you inialize the unit properly? Did it just start doing this? What was the last change you made to it?

Wrong map. My initial choice of maps for my bike was doing the same thing. Went to a map recommended by Zippers and it was fine.

installed as per instructions.
installed fatcat and bigsucker then initalised the unit.
installed base map item id - 382 (being the closest to my set up)

And it does the 4 sec routine then dies again.

Gonna try delete and re install

filter the maps till you match the best for a 103. the stroke is more important and lots of folk load a 95 or 96 overbore map. use 103 map.

If it still doesn't work, call tech support at Zippers. They helped me during my installation and were cool about it.

feels like running on one cyclinder.
down to one sec then dies.
ive checked install of tmax unit - good
even fitted new exhaust gasket to ensure no leak.
ran ok on the 382 map, was told to install 391. ran worse. went back to 382 and cant seem to get it.
Yes I initialised everyime I changed maps but stil runs like sh*t
after initialisng Heard a few clunks while trying to start. had to recharge battery 2x, and tommorow will be day 3 :-(

If any one knows this unit drop me a line (and yeah Ive called the techline but long story short they ran off, its true)

you have symptoms of corrupt map.

try this,
clear IAC learning
clear fuel offsets
pull ecm fuse
install ecm fuse 30 minutes later
load map that worked
initialize
let idle to 289 degres
switch off
ride
