I read back thru the thread on this until I got to the CARB site, where I could read the cases. Read thru some of them, it all sounded likeextortion byCARB to me.And the EPA seems like an agency gone mad with power to me, extending their tentacles into all kinds of places they have no business being in. When the hell did noise become "pollution" instead of a nuiscance? When is thisfreakin CARB/EPA madness gonna end.I fear it won't end until the next revolution, I think there was a tea party over less than this crap.
