A picture is worth a 1000 words.
First pic is from the original build, rewiring it here.
Second pic was taken just west ofI 90 inSturgis, right by the Hardees, tranny seal crapped out coming from Deadwood, and then lost the clutch. God I'm glad J&P has a store in Sturgis. (Take note, all the tools are DeWalt yellow, but not the JACK ) And the cooler not only has refreshments, but makes a dandy seat for my ol' ****. The ext. cord is for the air compressor, yes, we go to Sturgis with a rolling shop. Momma drives the rig, her butt can't handle the trip. And mine is getting tarred, too.

I have the service manual and a lift, so I do the normal, periodic maintenance.

My monkey likes grease...do it myself, bought the bike and the next stop that day was The Service Manual..Best accessory that Harley sells is the Service Manual...But I know when I am in too deep..Several Indy's round me and a good buddy works at the Stealership so he can baby sit if my scoot goes there..

Well living the non-conformist Harley lifetsyle, I just take mine to the dealer and let the techs do it while I look at new bikes, or go next door for a cup of coffee or a beer. That's right, I don't run with the pack......but travel as a lone wolf all the way to the service dept.[sm=icon_cheers.gif]
