There are good reviews here of it. However I'm more of a book person so I just got the service manual for my bike. I think it covers just general maintenance so if that's what you're looking for it may do the trick.
I think they are great as an adjunct to the service manual. It gives you a good picture in your head, ahead of time, of the start to finish process of a service task. I highly recommend the DVD's.
