Know what you mean, I'm in Buffalo NY. As stated above, you need some winter projects. I'm spacing mine out to keep me sane. Had my pipes ceramic coated, custom paint is almost done, then I'll add either a license plate holder or RSD Nostalgia Velocity Stack. Everything should be completed just in time for me to get the bike to Daytona. Riding along the ocean....... Oh baby.
While the above is happening wehave a 6 month old baby girl. I lovespendingtime with my little peanut and honestlynot missing riding at all.... Ok, maybe a little. She should be sleeping through the night and on a regular schedule just in time for spring! Yeehaw!
Yea, yesterdays storm in Northern Maryland ruined the end of this week. 23 degree high on Sunday! I guess I shouldn't whine though. I can ride most of the winter as long as no snow and at least 40 degrees. [/align]
prc1333 This snow ruined riding for quite awhile. Have you seen all the salt!!!! I went through Hereford yesterday at 11:00 am and the roads looked like gravel roads with all the salt. The snow had not even started. Glad I rode to work earlier in the week.
My blood is thin. Here in Florida,55 degrees is my cut off point to ride.I can't imagine living up nawth and not being able to ride and boat year round.I actually don't ride much in the summer.Too damn hot!
Hi All. I was just reading these posts and kinda chuckeled at a 55* cut off point for riding, here in Mnmy cut off point is 40*. At 40 it starts to get a bit nipply. well its +3 now and was -4 at 9am this morning and we have a lot of snow on the ground right now so we are at least 2 months away from riding.
