I don't know if others have tried this, but for me, the site runs much faster in Firefox than it does in IE7. Have any others experienced this?

I just downloaded Firefox as a second browser. I'll need to run it for awhile to learn the differences from IE7 so at this point I'm not sure I'll stay with it. However, this site runs about 3 times faster on Firefox. Good news is that you can have both browsers on your system and use the one you want based upon the sites you're visiting.

If you're thinking about downloaded IE7....DON'T. Causes all kinds of problems. This site runs really fast for me and I'm only on cable!

I don't know anyone that uses Firefox as a "second" browser. Once you use it, you will realize IE7 is worthless. It copied features that firefox has had previously and all Internet Explorer programs are the easiest hack a computer nerd can play with. Microsofts browser is terrible at online security. Firefox will be your "first" browser soon.

Hello, my name is Jerry. Now you know someone that uses Firefox as a "second" browser. I've had it sitting on my desk top for a couple of years. I have never seen any differences in the two so I keep coming back to IE.

Oh, and this site is super slow for me with either browser. It's so slow that I hardly get on it at home unless it's to keep up with a thread or something. No casual browsing.

I have 5mb cable andthis site is very slow. I have IE 7 on one computer and the old one on another and there is no difference in speed of this site. I have XP on one and Vista on the other with no difference as well. I am on a couple of other forums and they are not slow. I will say this is probably the biggest forum with the most users.
