It's a great video. I try to practice the slow speed stuff in parking lots and other tight spots every chance I get. It really helps. I like trying to get my U-turns as tight is possible using their techniques.

Well if your an expert, prolly not much if at all. For those of us who aren't expert, it is a great instruction video on techniques used by morotcycle police. He explains things clearly with good use of video to help show you his techniques. I came away from watching and using the techniques shown with agreater sense of control on my larger bike.
