Buy a Sundowner and then send it to Mean City Cycles. That's what I did. I guess the Sundowner was more for the wife than me come to think of it. But Mean City can lower and move you forward.
You might need a new set of bars too. I now have the reduced reach bars and like them.
Is thi a one piece seat?? The bike and seat look great!
Here you go, the seat on my Road King is a Corbin Classic Solo. You better plan on getting some different handlebars too if you don't want to continue have to lean forward to reach the hand grips. I have Wild1 518's and would recommend them for added comfort. Good Luck.
what's the hight of the seat now that you changed it? The bar are on the list of changes.
I thought about the lowering kit, but the way I ride I am afraid of scraping the pipes on a low lean turn[:-]
Harley makes a reach seat that should set you forward and lower, and change you bars for heritage bars, no cable change required and you can roll them back towards you for better comfort

That sounds like solid advice. I like the fact that I don't have to change the cables. Are the bars compatable with the throtle and left grips?
Sundowner seat on my signiture pic. Nice lower back support and it moved me a little lower with my 32" inseam over stock seat withmy feetplanted comfortably on the ground on the Custom model.

How tall are you? I am 5' 9" and I can't plant my feet when I stop at the light with the stock seat.

I first did the meancity mod on my stock seat. Seat still sucked even after that. Bought a Corbin which I loved but it moved me back way too far and was reaching for the bars. Ended up with the Mustang solo which I love. Mustang said it moves you up but I didn't really feel that. Have done may 10 day rides with it and not a complaint. I really wanted to keep the Corbin but didn't want to change the bars. Corbin probably is the one that is going to move you down the most but will move you back to.
