I had the dealer swap out the rear shocks on my 08 RKC for the shocks from thescreaming eagle bike. It now sits about an inch lower, and my short lil *** can plant my feet.

csmlopez......I'm 6'5" with a 32" inseam. My RK Custom sits lower and has the 12 inch shocks. You can lower your bike with a lowering kit from 13 inch shocks to the 12 inch ones or their's a company that sells a lowering kit bracket to make the 13 inch shocks work. Not sure what the name of the distributor is, but I read it within this forum. You may be able to find it within the archives. IF you lower the back, the front ones will need to be lowered too. I paid $325 for the Sundowner seat with matching stitching for the Custom model from the HD dealer.
