I am trying to calm down, maybe I will by the time I get to the dealer tomorrow, then I have to figure out how in the heck to get the scoot there too.[:@]
I bought a brand new Suzuki and had 3 blown head gaskets in less than 700 miles on the odometer......and 500 of those miles were test rides from the dealer trying to fix it. That was a nightmare. At least Harley can usually fix stuff right i've heard. You can keep your imports.
This latest generation of H-D's is the best ever made i dare say. You just got a fluke there, no need to panic, it's under warranty. They'll make it right.

Defects happen, have it replaced under warranty, and enjoy your ride.
Dude that sux, I know that youre frustrated right now but let HD do its thing. Now if HD doesn't stand behind its product and warranty then people here will be very sympathetic to your cause.......

+1 on the advice. Take it from someone who has rode tens of thousands of miles on, and abused more than any private owner would,Harley fleet bikes as well as putting tens of thousands of miles on three of my own personal Harleys. My personal bikes were not abused butI do not baby anything I own, I ride/drive all my vehicles the way I want and maintain them well. Harleys are extremely tough, well-made bikes. This is a total fluke, one-in-a-million thing you are experiencing.
