There are some good biker-friendly bars near NS in McDonough. Motorheads (2 mi.) and The Grove (7 mi). Also, Cruisers but I haven't been there. Be safe and congrats on your new job.

I can't figure out why you want to leave the Burg! Weather, potholes, taxes, state stores, road construction, vehicle/emission inspection, corrupt politicians, pollution, polluted Ohio river, salt all over the roads! You're makin a mistake, I tell ya!

It would be hard to leave all this nice weather and great roads. I am just hoping the weather is decent when it comes time to head south. I am looking at UnderArmour gear now.

Come on down! While it's true that we have some "occasional" cold and hardly any snow it's more likely to be 60-70 with lots of sunshine. Whatever, if you don't like it, just stick around a couple of days....it'll change.

LOL on the snow chains. I know, I am getting desperate to ride. Winter is way to long up here and seeing everyone down south getting to ride has me hoping for some nice weather to ride down there.
