4 different settings, of course I popped it on to warm up.. I felt warmth
within 4 mins in bare hand and a light leather riding glove(with cotton liner) in about 4 in a half
they got warm..about 8mins or so and your hands feel nice in cozy
I'll experiment with them more, but I love em so far.
Yeah they warm the bar (tho I felt no heat past the grip/control area)
Ill play with em more yeah the little switch is sweet, easy to use..just click
it down 1-4 times or 5 times to turn off.
I took a picture but it was fuzzy when I got in, ill take another soon.
I've had mine a little more than a month now and use them a lot.
They work great, installation was cake, instructions were great.
My only issue is that I have them wired to constant hot instead of switched, but I will fix that eventually.
I have thick metal and rubber grips and they still get hot. I can ride in the teens without hand pain using summer weight gloves.
One thing I am wanting now is lever heaters [&:] Them things feel frozen when your hands are nice and warm.
Thanks for letting me know... Im gunna start the install tonight and see what happens.. Ill take some pics and maybe lay out a play by play on gettin um in
Rick
I won a set of HD heated grips at my HOG chapter meeting, during the raffle, got em on & they work GREAT! in a few weeks hopefully ill be using them more often after the sand and salt has been washed away
