Found this string from a few weeks back. Hoping for an updateregarding howeveryone likes their Heat Demons. Any problems or things going okay with install and use?
I got the HD stealth heated grips. Put them on about a year ago. They work great. I posted a thread and loads of people said they break real quick...... well, these have been just fine.
I don't much like wearing gloves, only do on long trips. These were perfect over the winter with no gloves. (Although it don't exactly get cold here.) Great when you go over 40mph or so with the wind factor. One of the best acc's I added to the scoot.
My demons are still going strong. Hasn't been a huge amount of time, but they get near daily use.
Its warming up in the mornings, so now I'm just using em cause I can
how long are the wires, i have 14 inch apehangers and wonder if there was enough wiring. what is the lentgh total if you recall or if its on the package. thanks jackyl
They were pretty long. I think I cut a good 24" off the ends of mine before connecting.
Even if you had to splice, its very small gauge wire and woudn't cause problems in the bars.

Im glad to hear they work under the Iso Grips. I wasnt sure they would be effective with all the air and rubber between the heat and the hand. These fall MN days are beautiful riding but 40 degree's in the AM is tough on the hands. I just dont like the clunky, thick heated gloves. The HD heaterd seem to be unreliable (and spendy). Heat Demons sound like the ticket.
