Vendor, aftermarket parts Good/Bad Experience thread
How about creating and sounding off on the aftermarket parts vendor web sales experience thread???
I’ll start right now!
Has anyone dealt with Wally World, AKA Direct Harley parts??? I made a purchase a week ago, emailed them twice requesting tracking info on the package, and so far no info, not even a shipment confirmation email. I am afraid to call them back again because they did answer my first email saying that my tire would usually ships within 48 hours… I DIDN’T order a tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called this guy just laughed and said the total look like a tire purchase!!!???!!!--- ? [sm=WTFsgign.gif]
RE: Vendor, aftermarket parts Good/Bad Experience thread
In case anyone has viewed this thread I have an update. I received a tracking notice from Direct Parts this morning, 10 days after my purchase. The part will be here 15 days after the date of purchase, which in comparison to other companies I have dealt with is slow. Just as long as I don’t get a tire next week I’ll be happy.
