........ I just finalized my financing with them two days ago for my Street Glide thats coming in next month. My credit is in the high 700s and I got a lame 10.25%. Guess I'll be refinancing too.........
Well, you just have to decide what has more value to you: paying cash outright (and waiting/saving it) or financing it. That's just how it works. HD financing is quick and easy, and they make it possible to refi later or pay off early. But they get you riding out of the showroom within the hour.
Not bad.
I have two bikes financed through them. Pay double the monthly payments on each, and each statement says "$0.00 due." By doing that, we never have late fee/weekend issues. We'll be in a good position, I hope, when we want to pay them off or trade in. The thing is....I don't want to trade in; I want more bikes!
I was originally quoted around 13.9% back in July when I bought my Low Rider. I told the salesman I could get around 7% at my credit union and he told me to wait for a few minutes. He went and had a powwow in the back room with someone and came back and told me not to worry they would hook me up with a good rate. I bought the bike and ended up with 4.99% over 5 years. I signed up for automatic payments and I have been making double payments since I paid my truck off last month and havn't had a problem with them yet.
