Default Oil Cooler Question

I posted this on the General Chat board and didn’t get a response.

Why does the HD Premium Oil Cooler look so much like a Jagg 6-Row Horizontal Low Mount Oil Cooler with a chrome cover? Are they the same oil cooler?
