Have the dealer install a 1200 kit on the engine then it might be worth it . Its will only cost the dealer a few hundred bucks , and is a nice upgrade.

Miles are miles don't matter where or how they are put on. I got a friend with 125,000 on a Road King and got another friend with 90,000 on a dresser. These bikes have been "serviced" regular. That's not just changing the motor oil, that is serviced. There is a difference, if you don't understand get out your manual and check the scheduled maint. Now as for 15k miles on a 2 or 3 year old bike, not really that many. How it wasserviced that is a different story all together. If Harley is still doing the 99 bucks a month for a brand new Sporty why even consider buying a used one for 6 grand? Just my useless thoughts.

That's too high for that many miles. I was in a dealer yesterday with my niece and looked at the tag on a new 883 and I think it was 6750. It was in the 6's anyway. Talk the salesdude down on the price (way down) or go look at other dealer's bikes.

yep way 2 high keep shopping and look to ebay past sales for fair market value.
