Winter Butt
During the winter months I was down to taking short rides. This weekend I got in 550 miles and my butt is singing the blues. Anybody else have this problem in the spring on their first long rides?

Yea. It snows here so I don't get to ride all the time. I got an airhawk for my wife and use it when she doesn't. Rode 1240 miles last month to re-break-in and I got alittle sore but it went away. Now I don't need it. I was riding a lowered special - now that hurt! (What's soft about a softail?) The farthest I could ride in a day was about 400 and my sciatic never was killing me. I couldn't walk more than 100 yards without having to sit down. Felt like I got kicked by a horse. Now I ride a dresser. Way better!
