If I ever saw that THING again it would be too GD soon. My story is much the same as 08 SG's. This has been going on for three years, you get to a point where everytime you go to court you get crapped on, you just get to the point you don't want to fight anymore. My financialsituation should improve dramatically within a few months, and I will never have to hear from the Pig again. Small price to pay and worth every penny.

I feel yer pain man, But the way I see it is your scoot must be paid fer right,(I mean if you canceled the insurance) get on it right next to the new ol'lady and blow town.
Well that's what I did thirty years ago when the judge thru that same crap at me " you have to pay you are the one with a job blah blah blah" I just split!
Eventually the **** remarried cause I wasn't around to pay her to play, Probably way diff now, But if happened tommorrrow I would do the same thing it be like texas here I come............Good luck

Thank you all for your kind words. At this point I think I should reiterate that I am now with what I think is the perfect women for me. Not all women are Pigs, just those that do dirty crap like those discussed in this thread. My wife wants all to know that she is taking good care of me, as said before she's the one that talked me into getting my scoot. She told me that I deserved it. Who am I to argue? She has also gone out and bought me some more RC Planes and loves to go with me when I fly them. She has weathered this storm with me and our relationship is better and stronger than ever.

Further one of those guys wives lied to the court about her new BF having his name on her new mortgage as co owner (they did a deed search and showed the judge) and the judge didn't care. So apparently the wives can cause the marriage contract to be breached flagrantly, lie and its all okay. Yet the guys pays and pays and pays.

Alot of us have been through the same nightmare. Believe me you'll survive and things will get better, much better. Judges-Masters typically have their heads buried. Can you appeal and is your lawyer any good? Dan
