clutch lever replacement
i bought a new clutch lever for my 02 sportster and am having a hell of a time getting it on. could anyone provide me with a step by step procedure or some pictures... i cant find any tutorials or anything on the internet.

Loosen the clutch cable as much as possible. Be sure to mark where it was originally so you can put it back. That should give you lots of room to play with.
The rest is a matter of removing the c-clip and the rod that holds the cable to the lever. Then it should just come right out.

thats what im having a hard time with is loosening the cable... its like ti dosent want to budge. any tips? and the part i should be loosening is the bolt under the rubber boot next to the frame correct?
