I too had problems with my HD jacket. The zipper was very difficult to zip up and would sometimes come apart. I brought it back to the dealer and explained my problem. Dealer put on the jacket and she broke her nail trying to zip it up. I was given the option of a new jacket or my money back, I got my money back and got an awesome jacket from Fox Creek Leather http://www.foxcreekleather.com/

Not trying to start a flamefest after reading all of these comments just wondering that is why it is Harley Davidson Motorcycles not Harley Davidson Leathers, Jackets or Clothes.

Glad it worked out for you, BAT. Like I previously posted, sometimes you just have to stick to your guns because employees lower down on the chain cannot always risk an azz chewing or worse to satisfy a customer.
