I've got a rejet on a carb 1200C, and a SERT on a 2007 Springer Classic. Both get about the same milage, which is around 38mpg for my local back and forth to work, and 45mpg on sustained highway runs during road trips at ~75mph.
I get 38-44 depending on conditions. My mileage always improves in warm weather. My jetting is a little fat on the low end so I may drop my slow jet down a notch just to see what change I may see. Otherwise, she runs great!
I get about 36-37 since I added the Fulsac conversion and swithed to map #67. I maxed the CLB and AFR is set at 13.9-1 and down. It runs strong and cool, so I am happy., very slight decel pop on occasion, going to lower the decel enleanment table a bit. DYNO tune coming soon

50 mpg or more ? What the heck is going on with my bike?
I have an 05 deluxe with arlen ness big sucker air kit, v & h fuel pak and big shot long pipes. in stop and go riding i see about 33 mpg, if i hit the highway and stay at a constant 75 mph i can see about 35-36 mpg.
The bike runs great with no popping or anything out of the ordinary.
Damn, now i feel bad..
[8D] well finally got some miles on so,,, 152 miles , 3.75 gallons, 40.5 mpg ,, first 100 miles verywindy, most at 60 to 70 mph... not great but i guess i can live with it. plan on sert this summer maybe that might help from what i hear it will.... thanks again all !!!!!!!!
