HELP!!

New bike, with true duals! My biker babe got her boot heel against the left side pipe!!!! Whats the best way to get that ugly black gunk off the pipe without scratching it??? HELP!!!

warm it up a bit, scrape the heavy stuff off with one of those plastic dish scrapers then use Goo Gone it will come right off, then clean the pipe the way you normaly would, my wife does it 2 or 3 times a summer.

Easy-Off oven cleaner works if you try tamer methods and they don't work. You may need to leave it on over night. Be very cafeful not to get it on anything but the pipe. I've used it. It works and it didn't mess up the chrome on my pipe.
